After months of development and testing, we are pleased to release the full Cat-Back system to the market. The R44 System is made from Titanium and has beautiful titanium welds on every connection. Carbon fibre exhaust tips with the printed R44 logo provide a classy yet slick look to your rear end.
Our system has some amazing improvements and unique design improvements. The pipework follows the stock exhaust system route but has increased diameter and removes the OPF / Resonator found midway through the system.
The rear section of the exhaust is where the system shows off its high-quality welds and pipework. The outside pipes are extremely high flow when the valves are open the system is not silenced. We needed a silencer solution to counter the high-flow straight pipework so we added a high-quality rear silencer. 2 valves and amazing pipework to the centre-mounted rear silencer creates a fantastic comfort setting.
Creating the perfect soundtrack - The valve system works off the OE Toyota system. The original exhaust has only 1 value we have added another on the other side to ensure no drone on motorway driving. The pipe design at the rear of the car allows air to flow straight through when the valves are open as well as through the backbox when valves are closed. Providing a rich tone releasing the hidden burbles and cracks.
OPF EU CARS - You will need to carry out a DME flash to remove the OPF feature from your car.
